400 Central is the tallest residential building on the west coast of Florida. The Residences at 400 Central will soar 515 feet above downtown St. Petersburg and is made up of 301 luxury units. In close collaboration with the Suffolk Construction, Ackerman led the installation of all Plumbing Systems with a crew of 40-80 teammates over three years.
